About Pickett County
Pickett County is located in northeastern middle Tennessee bordering Kentucky. We are located on beautiful Dale Hollow Lake widely known as a fisherman's paradise. We have some of the most beautiful scenery in the state of Tennessee and are visited by many tourists throughout the year. Pickett County is the home of The Cordell Hull Birthplace Museum and State Park. Cordell Hull is considered the founder of the United Nations and the recipient of a Nobel Peace prize which can be viewed at the museum.
